New Orleans, LA (March 11, 2008)- One of the best dining and live music experiences in New Orleans, Michaul’s Live Music Restuarant, 840 St. Charles Avenue, is back since Hurricane Katrina. Michaul’s is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6-10 p.m. for the whole family to enjoy, featuring delicious food, great libations, live New Orleans party music and even dance lessons. Michaul’s Live Music Restaurant is cooking up the classic dishes that made this place a local landmark for New Orleanian’s and tourists alike. Every Friday during lent, you’ll find scrumptious seafood specials on the menu, along with their famous Seafood Gumbo and Crawfish Etoufee that are always in high demand.

Now after dinner, the party doesn’t stop at Michaul’s Live Music Restaurant. On Friday and Saturday nights, Michaul’s Live Music Restaurant turns into one of the hottest live music venues around town after 10 p.m., featuring some of the best local musicians. Now thru the end of April, every Friday Walter “Wolfman” Washington will lead the band and Saturday’s will sizzle with FREE salsa dancing lessons and award winning local Latin musical sensation Fredy Omar hitting the stage. Michaul’s is booking local musicians daily to create their special “New Orleans Style” music calendar during the festival season with some of the most original musical combinations and jam sessions around town. Michaul’s Live Music Restaurant wants to give locals a music experience unlike any other, making them feel like they’re at their very own house party with the artist enjoying food, drinks, and dancing the night away!

Michaul’s Live Music Restaurant has also reopened their “Party Room,” which is a huge warehouse space perfect for corporate events, fundraisers, concerts, and more. Michaul’s is currently booking crawfish boils, rehearsals, weddings, patron parties, and special events; along with creating a custom menu and party experience for all to enjoy.
