Holiday Movies on the Mississippi
The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk and the Downtown Development District (DDD) present three nights of free outdoor screenings of holiday movie favorites, Frozen, Home Alone and Elf, at the annual Holiday Movies on the Mississippi. The film series is part of the DDD's Canal Street: Home for the Holidays promotion that supports Canal Street retailers during the holiday season and encourages family-friendly activity along the Canal Street corridor.

Krewe of Jingle Parade
Returning for its ninth year on Saturday, Dec. 3, New Orleans' official holiday parade will once again delight locals and visitors alike with holiday parade floats, marching bands, stilt walkers, Christmas characters and the beloved Mr. Bingle. The parade begins at 1 p.m. at Lee Circle and makes its way down St. Charles Avenue to Canal Street, returning to Howard Avenue via Baronne Street.

On Saturday, Dec. 10, join the DDD on Canal Street during the annual holiday fun run for kids!
