Trinity Kicks Off Summer with Oysters, Cava and New Happy Hour

To help beath the New Orleans' heat, Trinity is introducing new daily Happy Hour specials. Available now throughout the summer, guests can kick back and sip on refreshing cocktails created by the restaurants infamous bar crew along with bites by Chef Michael Isolani. Indulge in Oysters and Cava from open to close every Tuesday - Thursday. Choose from a variety of Oysters like Smoked with deviled eggs, horseradish and Cajun caviar; Fried with bamboo shoots, chili-oyster sauce and scallions; or good old fashioned Raw with lemon, herbsaint mignonette and radish sprouts; add a glass of Cava to sip with your oysters for only $4. In addition, check out the revamped summer Happy Hour menu. It's the perfect way to take the edge off from a long hot day and chill.

Classic and craft cocktails ranging from $10 - $16 include standouts like the Garden Margarita with Exotica, Ancho Reyes, Pernod and Jalapeno; French 75 with Nolet's Gin or Poerre Ferrand, Lemon and Cava; and Bulleit Bourbon Old Fashioned with Bulleit, Orange, Luxardo Cherries and Orange Bitters.



Trinity is located at 1117 Decatur Street in New Orleans' French Quarter. Summer Hours: Dinner is served nightly, Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday, 6PM - 10PM; Friday and Saturday 6PM - 11PM.
