Bon Appétit Partners with New Orleans Tourism and Confederacy of Cruisers to
Celebrate 300 Years of Creole Cuisine and Culture:
Four Restaurants, Four Delicious Experiences, One Unforgettable Day

September 28, 2017 (New Orleans, LA) - The News Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation (NOTMC)
is teaming up with Confederacy of Cruisers Bike Tours and Bon Appétit Magazine this fall to offer a Creole culinary bike tour unlike any other.

Nowhere else in America is as indulgent when it comes to eating and drinking. From killer po-boys to shrimp remoulade in a jacket-and-tie institution, café au lait and beignets to Sazeracs and oysters-New Orleans is where you go to say "yes" to everything good. And there's no better way to explore New Orleans than by bicycle, which is why Bon Appétit has partnered with Confederacy of Cruisers to peddle through the city this October to celebrate 300 years of a cuisine steeped in rich flavor and history.

"For 300 years, New Orleans has been a city built on great stories," said Mark Romig, President and CEO of the New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation. "As we go into our tricentennial year, we can't wait to welcome even more visitors to our city to experience our food, music and rich culture, so that they too can leave with their own New Orleans story."

The once-a-day tour runs 12:30PM - 5:30PM on Thursday through Sunday, October 19 - 22, 2017. Priced at $99 per person, the tour stops along the Bon Appétit-curated ride including Food & Wine "Best New Chef 2017" Nina Compton's Compère Lapin, Cochon, Bakery Bar, and Arnaud's, the 2017 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Bar Program. Tickets are available at www.BikeOneTimeinNOLA.com. Limit 10 spots per tour.
