SoFAB'S CIRQUE de CUISINE POSTPONED DUE TO IMPENDING STORM
New Date: Sunday, October 15, 2017

 

WHAT:

The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) has announced that due to the storm expected to arrive this weekend, Cirque de Cuisine: A Kitchen Tour, has been postponed to Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 1PM - 5PM. All Chefs, participants and homeowners are confirmed for next weekend.

Guests will stroll at their leisure and enjoy a behind-the-scenes view of 10 beautiful, historical homes, while enjoying small tastes of signature dishes from some of the city's most acclaimed chefs, paired with a cocktail, wine, beer or soft drink.

Bites will be on offer from Toups South, MayPop, Broussard's, Two Girls One Shuck, Cajun Caviar, Opal Basil, Briquette, WJ Smokehouse, EAT, Mayhew Bakery with Chef Kevin O'Brien, Lettuce Host Catering, Stokehold, Magic Seasonings, and Dee-licious Cupcakes, among others.


Wine, beer, cocktails and beverages will be provided by Faubourg Wines, Seven Three Distillery, Fleur de LA French Imports, Sonoma-Cutrer, Port Orleans Brewery, Roulaison, Domaine Carneros, Sam Adams, Artisan Fine Wines,Truly Waters, Angry Orchard Hard Cinder, Swamp Pop, and Southern Glazers. Guests are also invited to stop by the front porch of the Melrose Mansion on Esplanade Avenue, where Patrick's Bar Vin will be pouring champagne.

WHEN/ WHERE:
Cirque de Cuisine will take place on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 1PM - 5PM and will begin at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel of The New Orleans Hotel Collection at 717 Orleans Street There, guests will receive a wristband and map.
