The Windsor Court Hotel Named to US News Best Hotels in the USA for 2011

NEW ORLEANS, LA. –June 14, 2011- Windsor Court Hotel earns the title as the Best Hotel in New Orleans by US News Best Hotel 2011 Rankings. Windsor Court also receives the honor as the only hotel in New Orleans to be included on the exclusive list of the Best Hotels in the USA.

US News combined three factors to determine how each property ranks. First, it gathered hotel's recommendations and accolades from reputable travel publications. Second, it collected the hotels' expert ratings, which are assigned by other travel media. Lastly, it pooled hotel guests' opinions from their comments in online user reviews. US News analyzed more than 850 luxury hotels, with the highest-ranked properties identified as the Best Hotels in their respective destinations. From the top hotels in each destination, 86 hotels, including the Windsor Court, are recognized as the Best Hotels in the USA.

US News cites the “above and beyond customer service,” the “delicious food served in The Grill Room,” the “live contemporary jazz performances every night” and the convenient location as some of the reasons why the Windsor Court tops the list of New Orleans hotels for 2011.
