New Orleans moves up from its No. 7 ranking on last year’s list. Windsor Court Hotel, the top-rated hotel in New Orleans, is one of three New Orleans hotels named to the list of Top 50 Large City Hotels in the Continental U.S. and Canada. Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is named the Top Hotel Spa in the region and the second best hotel spa in the world.*
