New Tool Provides Multi-Media Features to Enhance Guests’ Stays

NEW ORLEANS – The Windsor Court Hotel announces the launch of its free, feature-filled mobile guest application designed specifically for the Apple iPhones®. The new app allows current and future guests to have a richer, more rewarding travel experience by tapping into the collective knowledge of the experienced Windsor Court concierge team. The app is designed to provide everything guests need for the perfect New Orleans stay.

Features of the Windsor Court App include:

• Reservations tools that allow guests to book a room, order room service and make reservations at the award-winning restaurant, The Grill Room.
• Full food and wine menus from The Grill Room and for in-suite service.
• Coordination of hotel services including requesting housekeeping services, wake-up calls and valet service.
• Recommendations and suggested itineraries for the perfect New Orleans experience, including maps and directions for exploring the city and recommended activities and attractions.
• Free electronic post cards to share your experience with friends and family back home.
