THE SAINT HOTEL TAKES IT TO THE TOP
A 500 Ton, 200 Foot Tall Crane to Lift Two Box Car-Size Chillers Onto Roof of Audubon Building

WHAT:
As part of the construction process for The Saint Hotel, a 500 ton, 200-foot-tall crane will raise two box car-size chillers, estimated at 13,500 pounds each, to the roof of the Audubon Building.

Beginning at 4:00am, Saturday, Aug 27 and continuing until 12 noon, Sunday, Aug 28 (estimated)

HOTEL BACKGROUND:
Built in 1909 and located on Canal Street at Burgundy Street in the world famous New Orleans French Quarter, the historic landmark Audubon Building has been totally renovated and re-christened as The Saint Hotel.
