Last year, hotel employees organized a relief effort for Haiti residents, collecting two truckloads of clothing, shoes, blankets and other necessities.

To continue to offer guests and meeting professionals exceptional service, Hilton New Orleans Riverside embarked on a capital improvements project valued at $63 million. The six-year project includes guest room renovations and upgrades, replacement of furniture in public spaces, and a redesign of the Grand Ballroom as well as all other meeting rooms. Additional improvements include HVAC upgrades, computer and Internet upgrades, main kitchen refurbishing, elevator and escalator upgrades, and more.
