WHY: LCIA and Friends of Lakeview have worked hard to rebuild the Lakeview community after Hurricane Katrina devastated most of the area in August 2005. Through this project, there are plans to add path lighting lining the walkways to ensure the safety of people using the park.
HOW: Tickets are $45 in advance and $55 at the door. People can purchase tickets by visiting www.tasteatthelake.com, www.wgno.com., Lakeview Grocery or any Robert's Fresh Market. Attendees must be 21 and older.
Taste at the Lake is sponsored by Banner Chevrolet. A new patron level has been added that includes special libations plus the 2011 and NEW 2012 Taste at the Lake Bunny Matthews poster! There are limited patron tickets available.
