Bonefish Grill Partners with the Jefferson Performing Arts Society for Opening Charity Night in Metairie

Metairie, LA (February 27, 2011) - Bonefish Grill is partnering with the Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) as part of its Grand Opening festivities on Saturday, March 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a special Charity Night to benefit JPAS. Supporters will enjoy fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails, and spectacular ambiance and music- all for a great cause- at the restaurant's newest location at 4848 Veteran's Memorial Blvd., Suite B (just West of Clearview Mall).

"It is very important to us to be active members in the Metairie community," said Steven Laborde, Managing Partner of the new Bonefish Grill in Metairie, which will open its doors to the public on Monday, March 26. "By partnering with JPAS, we've taken an important step in fostering relationships, building a foundation of goodwill and supporting arts performance, training and outreach throughout Jefferson Parish and the Greater New Orleans area."

Guests attending the Charity Night will be able to sample all of the culinary delights that are found at Bonefish Grill, including Mussels Josephine, Wagyu Beef and Ginger Dumplings, Fontina Chop, Grilled Salmon topped with Warm Mango Salsa, Lily's Chicken, Ahi Tuna Sashimi and their signature appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp. Libations will include specialty martinis and cocktails, and samplings from the restaurant's adventurous wine list.

"We are so honored that Bonefish Grill chose to partner with JPAS," said Dennis Assaf, co-founder and executive/artistic director of JPAS. "This year JPAS is offering over 200 performances throughout Jefferson Parish, the Greater New Orleans area and the Gulf South. Community support and partnerships with local companieslike Bonefish Grill help JPAS to not only sustain our current efforts, but to continue expanding what programs we are able to offer the community.

The 5,000-square-foot Metairie restaurant will feature a spacious dining room with an open kitchen and a large, energetic bar area that includes three community tables.
