Ticketing Lobby to Expand at the Airport with Whitney Bank's Relocation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - October 10, 2012 - New Orleans - As part of its $356M capital program, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is expanding its current ticketing lobby. This construction required the relocation of Whitney Bank's Airport Branch.

Whitney Bank was the successful respondent to a public solicitation for banking services at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Its new full service banking location was opened on Monday October 1, 2012. The Whitney Bank is now located in the historical Parabola Lobby above the entrance to Concourse C.

"At Whitney Bank, our dedication to strength, stability, and service represents the traditions of excellence that have been part of our organization for more than 100 years," said Whitney Bank Airport Branch Manager John Exnicios.

The Airport location operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and provides a multitude of financial services including, deposits, investments, currency exchange and ATM service throughout the terminal facility.

Hancock Holding Company is the parent of Hancock Bank and Whitney Bank. The company operates 258 full service bank branches and more than 350 ATMs across the Gulf South spanning metropolitan Houston, Texas; southern Mississippi; southern Alabama; and the Panhandle, northern, and central regions of Florida. The company operates all of its bank branches in Texas and Louisiana under the Whitney Bank brand. All branches in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida operate as Hancock Bank locations.
