The Roosevelt New Orleans Celebrates the Holidays by Paying Tribute
to a French Dining Tradition

Events Include Festive Feasts for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve

NEW ORLEANS - October 30, 2012 - The Roosevelt New Orleans will pay tribute to a French dining tradition this holiday season by offering an elegant Reveillon menu in the Sazerac Restaurant, Nov. 29 - Dec 30.

The four-course, prix fixe menu will feature authentic French cuisine, including a Creole Gumbo or Roasted Chestnut-Porcini Mushroom Soup to start off with. For the second course, guests will choose between a Crispy Oyster and Spinach Salad, or Red Wine Braised Veal Cheeks. For the main course, guests will choose from delectable Roasted Venison Loin, Ancho Chile-Cane Syrup Glazed Duck Breast or Butter Poached Maine Lobster. For desert, Chef will offer Sour Cream Panna Cotta served with Warm Caramel Beignets and "Red Hot" Poached Apple, and a luscious Chocolate Buttermilk Cake with Café au Lait Ice Cream and Spiced Rum Bananas.

The cost is $48 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Complimentary valet parking is available for those who dine in the Sazerac Restaurant. For reservations, call The Roosevelt's Holiday Line at +1 504 335 3129.

New Year's Eve Four-Course Dinner in the Sazerac Restaurant
o $79 per person
o Seatings at 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The Sazerac Restaurant is located inside The Roosevelt New Orleans Hotel, just off the historic grand lobby. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday; dinner, 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
