Veterans Day Weekend at The National WWII Museum

The National WWII Museum, 945 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA

All veterans will receive free admission to Museum galleries on Saturday, November 10 - Sunday, November 11. WWII veterans receive free admission to Museum galleries and the 4D film, Beyond All Boundaries, year-round due to generous donations from our supporters.

10:00 am - 4:00 pm                  Hourly showings of 4-D film, Beyond All Boundaries

11:00 am - 2:00 pm                  Area knitters and crocheters will hold a knit-in and distribute scarves submitted from across the country to WWII vets.

12:00 pm - 1:00pm                   Orlin Corey's Voices: A Spoken Word Tribute to Veterans

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm                    Navy Band New Orleans Performance

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm                    Naval Academy Women's Glee Club Performance

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm                    "Celebration of Heroes" Ceremony

4:45 pm                                     Bicentennial Parade passes in front of Museum
