Björn Again to Headline the Musical Entertainment

 

(New Orleans, La.) -  Mark your calendars to attend the premier parties in New Orleans for the young and young at heart.

For a limited time, tickets are available to Audubon Nature Institute members at a discounted rate for Whitney Zoo-To-Do and Zoo-To-Do for Kids, New Orleans' most anticipated philanthropic events. Much more than fund-raisers, both offer opportunities to sample fine food, hear good music and engage in people watching at one of the most-beloved attractions in town.

Kids Zoo-To-Do will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 with General Admission starting at 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by J-Red and the Super Stars and the pint-sized guests will enjoy tasty sips and snacks, giant inflatables, games, arts and crafts!

Then on Friday, May 3, 2013, it's time for the Whitney Zoo-To-Do, the annual adults-only black-tie Gala event that features a dizzying array of high-end cuisine and premium cocktails from local establishments and dancing under the stars to the sounds of the popular ABBA tribute band, Björn Again until midnight. The patron party begins at 7 p.m. and the partying continues until midnight.closest you can get to seeing ABBA. ABBA will never reform!" -  (Capital Radio, London 1999)

Proceeds from 2013 Zoo-To-Do events will be used to underwrite improvements to the Discovery Wall at Audubon Zoo and to relocate the popular attraction to its new home near the front gate.

The not-for-profit Audubon Nature Institute operates parks and museums in New Orleans dedicated to Celebrating the Wonders of Nature: Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Entergy IMAX® Theatre, Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species, Freeport-McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center, Wilderness Park, Woldenberg Riverfront Park, Audubon Park and Audubon Insectarium.
