37th Annual Christmas Bonfire Party

Celebrate the Christmas Season in one of the South's most beautiful settings. The mansion will be dressed in fresh fruit, greenery and seasonal floral arrangements, reminiscent of Creole Christmases past. Delicious Cajun/Creole buffet, premium open bar, lively dance band, and plenty of good cheer combine to heighten the holiday spirit throughout the famous alley of oaks and the lovely antebellum mansion. 

Enjoy the sounds of a brass quintet as they greet guests before escorting them to the blazing bonfire on the levee overlooking the Mississippi River and specatular alley of Oaks. Following the bonfire, guests will dance to the music by Soul Vaxxination on the terrace of the historic mansion. Guests are invited to tour the "Big House" with our guides in period dress.

This event is held in an open house format with a main buffet set in the formal dining room and chef's stations set around the veranda. Tables and chairs are set on and around the terrace located in front of the "Big House".
