Ring in the Noon Year at Audubon Zoo!
(New Orleans, La.) - Can't stay up until midnight? Come to the Audubon Zoo and join the countdown to noon during the annual Zoo Year's Eve celebration. The family-friendly festivities will take place on the Capital One stage and field from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Pick up a complimentary party hat and noisemaker while supplies last. Enjoy a soft drink toast at high noon courtesy of Pepsi. And there will be performances by the Ruppel Academy Dance and Flag Team, the Remedy Band and the Fat City Drum Corps, which will assist revelers with the countdown. Other activities include juggler, clown and magician performances and a jump rope exhibition.
The Zoo Year's Eve party is included in regular admission, which is $16 for adults, $11 for children (2-12), and $13 for seniors (65+). Audubon Nature Institute members are admitted free of charge.
