 The Brees Dream Foundation awards $1,000,000 to New Orleans area nonprofits for the Super Service Challenge

WHAT: Drew Brees will announce the winners of the New Orleans Super Service Challenge, giving away $1,000,000 to New Orleans area nonprofits

WHEN: 4:30 p.m.

WHY: Drew Brees and the Brees Dream Foundation and Mitch Davis of Companies With A Mission will announce the winners of the $1,000,000 being given out to New Orleans-area charities as part of the Super Service Challenge.

The Super Service Challenge encouraged local companies and organizations to spread the heart of service New Orleans is famous for. As a result, over 2,000 New Orleanians served local nonprofits and more than 250 teams submitted their service to the Super Service Challenge. Public voting and a panel of judges have determined the winning entries. Winners will be awarded cash donations from $2,000 to $25,000 to be given directly to the charities served by those winning teams.

HOW: Mitch Davis of Companies With A Mission and the top five winners are available for follow-up interviews.
