NEW ORLEANS, LA (January 25, 2013) - The Saint Hotel, the one-of-a-kind luxury boutique property, located in the famous New Orleans French Quarter, has announced Darryl Hill as the new General Manager.

With an impressive resume, Hill brings a wealth of expertise in the hospitality business to The Saint Hotel. Boasting more than 30 years of experience, Hill has worked at hotel properties from California to Colorado to Pennsylvania, all the way to the United Kingdom and the Micronesia Islands.

While Hill delights in the personalized nature of boutique hotels, he has many years of experience with big-brand hoteliers under his belt as well. Prior to joining The Saint Hotel, Hill grew accustomed to New Orleans, working for the Omni Royal Crescent and the Omni Royal Orleans for five years. Hill most recently served as General Manager at La Quinta Inn & Suites, located in the French Quarter, for three years.

As General Manager, Hill ensured the standards for guest service were met while making sure the lodging establishments were run efficiently and profitably. He won "General Manager of the Year" in 2010, leading the team in managing revenue generation, customer satisfaction and budget. During Hill's time of achievement, the hotel was awarded the 2010 "La Quinta Inn of the Year" for brand excellence in service, cleanliness and sales.
