Crawfish and Bluegrass Crawl

We are happy to announce our first Crawfish and Bluegrass Crawl to take place on April 6, 2013! Come kick-off the crawfish season with us in a day full of food, drinks, art, and music! We will be parading three groups through the Arts & Warehouse District between three bars: Fulton Bar/Ernst Cafe, Rio Mar Seafood, and Lucy's Retired Surfer Bar. After our share of local brews, margaritas, caipirinhas, we'll all head down to the The Rusty Nail for some live bluegrass by The Ramblin Letters, 600lbs of crawfish, and an NCAA Final Four viewing party. 

The crawl works like a funky game of musical bars. Three groups will parade from one bar to the next every 45 minutes. Each stop will offer local brews, discounts on a variety of drinks, local artists at work, and funky jams. On route you'll also get to catch the special unveiling of CPC's pride and joy, our 12-passenger bar on wheels, The Big Easy Bike.  After a few hours of silliness on the street, the real fun begins.

Come 4:00 PM we'll be parading to the Rusty Nail for 600 lbs of crawfish, live bluegrass by The Ramblin Letters, and a NCAA Final Four viewing party, first game at 4:05 PM and the second at 6:05 PM! The party doesn't stop until we're out of crawfish, basketball, and beer, and seeing as how we'll be at The Rusty Nail, it's very unlikely we'll run out of beer.
