Windsor Court Hotel Named 2013 Four-Star Hotel by Forbes Travel Guide

Windsor Court Earns Seventh Consecutive Four-Star Hospitality Excellence Recognition

NEW ORLEANS - Windsor Court Hotel has been recognized for its excellence in the hospitality industry by receiving a Four-Star hotel ranking on Forbes Travel Guide's 55th annual Star Award list. Windsor Court Hotel is one of only two hotels in New Orleans to earn both the acclaimed Forbes Four-Star Award as well as four diamonds from AAA.

"Windsor Court is honored to receive the Four-Star designation by Forbes Travel Guide for the seventh year in a row," said David Teich, General Manager. "We take great pride in offering impeccable service and hospitality to our guests, and this award reflects the dedication and hard work our staff demonstrates each day."

A short distance from the historic French Quarter, Windsor Court has been a representation of New Orleans elegance since 1984. A member of Preferred Hotels® and Resorts, Windsor Court has received top honors for hotel excellence throughout history, including Zagat's "Top Hotel in New Orleans," named one of the "Top 500 Hotels in the World" by Travel + Leisure and appeared on the "Best Hotels in the World" list by Condé Nast Traveler. The property features The Grill Room, one of New Orleans' only four-star/four-diamond restaurants.

"The Forbes Travel Guide annual Star Awards represent the best in class in luxury hospitality. Travelers seeking exceptional experiences rely on our ratings to guide them to the world's finest hotels, restaurants and spas," said Michael Cascone, President and COO of Forbes Travel Guide.

The Forbes Travel Guide inspectors stay and dine at the finest establishments around the world to compose this list of industry leading hotels and restaurants. Hotels that earn a Four-Star ranking must pass several standards set by the Forbes team, including attention to detail, excellent design concepts, top quality products, an accommodating staff and exceptional facilities.
