Irish in New Orleans at The Irish House

Thursday, March 14 

"Irish in New Orleans" 3pm
Through happy hour, we will present the video "Irish in New Orleans" which explores and chronicles the history of the Irish in New Orleans from the late 1700s to the present. The video features the reminiscence of locals about growing up Irish in the city, visits to several local Catholic churches and examinations of some of the active local groups which continue to celebrate Irish culture in the Crescent City.  

Music with Grant Saucier & Iain Weigert 6pm
This will be a great jam session with two talented musicians.  Both have strong blues and Celtic roots.  Foot stomping and toe tapping are guaranteed!
