SHERYL UNDERWOOD is one of the funniest and topical standup comics working on the road today. As co-host of BET's talk show Oh Drama! Sheryl was an immediate hit. BET recognized Sheryl's way with words and sharp appeal and called on her to host her own show Hollah! Always a member of the BET family, Sheryl was brought back to Comic View with her own segment "Sheryl Speaks". Sheryl's voice has been heard on the radio on the Tom Joyner Morning show and Sirius Satellite Radio, on Jaime Foxx's The FoxxHole. Sheryl has appeared on ABC's The View, Politically Incorrect, the Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Chelsea Lately, HBO's Def Comedy Jam, and was a regular on Comedy Central's Tough Crowd. Film credits include Bulworth and Master P's I Got the Hook Up. Sheryl can currently be seen on the daytime talk show The Talk.
ARNEZ J Rapidly becoming one of the most talked about comedians, Arnez J's charisma and physical agility are unforgettable. Arnez can currently be seen in his own One-Hour comedy special for BET, and due to the success of the special, has recently landed the plum role as host of BET's signature standup comedy series "Comicview." Arnez made his first television appearance on Showtime's Comedy Club Network . Numerous television appearances soon followed, including appearances on The Keenan Ivory Wayans Show, Louie Anderson's Comedy Showcase, Comedy Central's Make Me Laugh, NBC's Friday Night Videos, Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam, his own BET Comic View Grandstand ½ Hour Special and many others. He hasn't stopped since then. Currently, Arnez is going to be filming a new stand up special live from the Wilbur Theater this winter for release soon after.
EARTHQUAKE Without a doubt, he stands as one of the funniest forces in comedy today and is known to fans across the world as Earthquake. His outrageous, outspoken and opinionated manner has put him front and center on many shows, including VH1's The List and HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher, where he became the first performer in the show's history to receive a standing ovation. Earthquake also performed a half-hour HBO special as part of the series One Night Stand, a one-hour special on BET and Comedy Central's Premium Blend, which ultimately led to his own special on Comedy Central. However, it would be Earthquake's TV and movie roles that would help further expose him to broader bases and mainstream masses. He has graced the screen in Kevin Smith's film Clerks II, Ice Cube's film, The Longshots and as Root the Rooster in Barnyard. He can currently be seen appearing on the Comics Unleashed talk show.
MARK CURRY may possibly be comedy's best kept secret and undoubtedly one of the funniest comedians in the world. In 1992, Curry got his big break as the star of hit television series Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, where he played the lead role of Mark Cooper, an NBA player-turned-substitute teacher/gym coach for five seasons on ABC. In the 90s he appeared on The Jamie Foxx Show, Living Single, and Martin. He would go on to co-star in several films, as well as host BET's Coming to the Stage. His voice has been heard on Jamie Foxx's FoxxHole Live every Monday in the Conga Room in Los Angeles, which was heard on Sirius Satellite Radio. Currently, Mark Curry can be seen on Nickelodeon's first-ever original live-action family comedy series, See Dad Run as Scott Baio's friend Marcus.
DAMON WILLIAMS' numerous television appearances include BET's ComicView as well as his own one-hour special. He's been featured on BET LIVE and hosted several episodes of the legendary Showtime at the Apollo. In 1999, Damon performed for more than 300,000 fans as the opening act for the highly successful Kings of Comedy Tour, establishing him as one of the elite comics in the nation. And finally, Damon maintains his weekly comedy showcase at B'n'J's in Matteson, IL, and often opens for the hit sketch comedy team "Forgotten City" at Second City. He can currently be heard on the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show.
