NEW ORLEANS, LA (Thursday, April 11, 2013) -- Today, legendary New Orleans venue Tipitina's revealed the final billing of their Jazz Fest After Dark calendar, announcing headliner Eddie Roberts' West Coast Sounds performing Thursday, May 2 with special guests including Charles Neville and more to be announced.

The evening begins at 9 p.m. sharp with an opening set from The Bayou Gypsys, a new power trio featuring pedal steel guitarist Roosevelt Collier (Lee Boys), bassist Nick Daniels III (Dumpstaphunk) and drummer Terence Higgins (Dirty Dozen Brass Band) performing a special Band of Gypsys Jimi Hendrix cover set.

The Bayou Gypsys will also perform a 2 a.m. set at the d.b.a. the night before. However, Dumpstaphunk's other bassist Tony Hall will be stepping in for Nick Daniels that night, as Nick will perform with Dr. Klaw at the Bear Creek All Stars showcase around the same time at One Eyed Jacks.
