FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

GW Fins Lobster 1
GW Fins Lobster2(August 2013) NEW ORLEANS, LA - Ordering Fried Lobster in a Vietnamese Glaze, Lobster Salad and a Lobster pot overflowing with lobster, clams and mussels could be quite an expensive proposition at a fine dining restaurant these days, but the owners of GW Fins have made this "Lobster Feast" not only delicious, but deliciously affordable.

GW Fins' Executive Chef Tenney Flynn has created an extraordinary three course Lobster Feast that will showcase the decadent flavors of this popular crustacean, priced at just $49 plus tax and gratuity.   This mouth watering three course Lobster Menu will be offered nightly from September 29th through October 31st.

The first course of GW Fins' Lobster Tasting Menu will feature a choice of either feathery light Lobster Dumplings which are served in a lobster butter sauce with fennel and tomato, creamy Lobster Risotto or decadent Fried Lobster in a Vietnamese Glaze.  The second course consists of a choice between Lobster Salad, with the fresh flavors of mango, papaya and avocado drizzled with a Chervil Aioli, velvety Lobster Bisque or a Lobster Roll in house-baked Brioche.   The main course will feature a rotating choice of either a Baked Maine Lobster piled high with Deviled Crabmeat, a Lobster Pot brimming with steamed Lobster, Clams and Mussels or the famed "Best of Show Winner" at the 2010 New Orleans PoBoy Festival and perennial favorite, GW Fins' Lobster Po-Boy, featuring flash fried lobster tossed in a crystal hot sauce butter.

"We've been offering this Lobster Feast for the past several years, and year after year it is one of the most popular special menus that we offer." states Gary Wollerman, Co-Owner and Managing Partner of GW Fins.  "Guests even email us to inquire when it will begin," Wollerman concludes.

GW Fins is open for dinner Monday through Sunday, from 5:30pm until 10:00pm.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (504) 581-3467. GW Fins is located at 808 Bienville Street on the corner of Dauphine and Bienville.  Complimentary parking is available at the Standard Parking Garage, just a half a block away at Dauphine and Iberville Streets.
