NEW ORLEANS - Nov. 18, 2013 - The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, will pay tribute to a French dining tradition this holiday season by offering an elegant Reveillon menu in the Fountain Lounge Nov. 29 through Dec. 29 as well as special brunches and dinners.
The cost is $58 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Complimentary valet parking is available for those who dine in the Fountain Lounge. Reservations are available by calling The Roosevelt's Holiday Line at (504) 335-3129 or the Fountain Lounge at (504) 648-5486.

The four-course, prix fixe Reveillon menu will feature authentic French cuisine, including:
- First course: White asparagus with fried egg and Parmesan foam, ahi tuna with smoked tomato and spicy fried shallots, or skillet shrimp ham hock jus with okra-tomato butter.
- Second course: Wild arugula salad with anise-flavored buttermilk, roasted corn, fried enoki and lardons; turtle soup with foie gras torchon; or blue crab and lobster bisque.
- Third course: Duck Wellington; seared gulf fish with crawfish, crab, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts; or rabbit tenderloin with bacon, andouille and pistachio stuffing and carrot-apple relish.
- Fourth course: Lemon tart with sablé crumble or chocolate banana crème brulee
