Lamarque Ford to Visit and Donate Christmas Gifts to EVERY patient at Children's Hospital on Dec. 12th.

New Orleans, LA- Most patients at Children's Hospital do not have the opportunity to go home and spend the holidays with their family and friends. For the fourth year in a row, this Thursday, Ronnie and Natasha Lamarque will bring the holiday spirit to them by spending the day visiting the brave patients of Children's and dispersing Christmas gifts to both the children and their strong families.

Every year, Lamarque Ford hosts their 25 Days of Christmas promotion from November 25th through December 23rd. During this time, they collect unwrapped presents for Children's Hospital at their dealership, sponsor 101.9's Magic of Christmas initiative, and give away 25 individual $100 gas cards to lucky winners who enter their Facebook contest. Every dollar that Lamarque Ford gives away through the promotion, they match in toy donations to Children's Hospital.

Children's Hospital is a 247- bed, non-for-profit medical center and is the only full-service hospital exclusively for children in Louisiana and the Gulf South. Patients range from all 64 parishes in Louisiana and 37 states. By Lamarque Ford donating over 400 gifts, this ensures that every patient at the hospital will have the chance to feel normal while enjoying a brand new toy during Christmas. Mr. & Mrs. Lamaruqe also include the parents of the patients by donating gift cards to local restaurants in hopes of easing the financial and mental stress of living out of a suitcase.

Staci Arceneaux, Assistant Director of Development at Children's Hospital, said "I am very thankful to Lamarque Ford for thinking of the young patients and their families that we serve during this holiday season!"

This Thursday, December 12th at 2:00 p.m., Mr. & Mrs. Lamarque will visit the courageous patients and surprise them with an array of Christmas gifts. He goes door to door singing Christmas carols, spending time with each patient and their family, learning their stories and often praying for their speedy recovery. "Christmas is a time to cherish our loved ones and give to those deserving...I couldn't imagine anyone more deserving than the heroic little angels at Children's Hospital!" - Ronnie Lamarque
