The National Conference of Artists, New Orleans Chapter, presents its 16th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Art Exhibit. The exhibit opens January 18, and runs through February 28, 2014. Professional artists and students from near and far will create pieces that address one of Dr. King's two illustrious speeches: "I Have A Dream" or "The Three Dimensions of Complete Life." In addition, on the evening of January 18, Student Speech Contest Finalists will present their work to a panel of judges. Winners will be chosen in the following categories: High School (grades 9-12), Middle School (grades 6-8), and Elementary (grades K-6).
