Easter Jazz Brunch on theSteamboat NATCHEZ

Featuring special appearance from the Easter bunny and Easter treats upon boarding

WHO: The Easter Jazz Brunch on the NATCHEZ is open to the public.

WHAT: Join the Steamboat NATCHEZ for an Easter Jazz Brunch and cruise down the Mississippi River with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny. Attendees can cruise at 11:30 AM or 2:30 PM, while enjoying a delicious brunch buffet, complimentary mimosas and entertainment by Duke Heitger's Steamboat Stompers Jazz band. Additionally, children under 12 will receive a Bunny-treat upon boarding the NATCHEZ.

Created and prepared by Executive Chef Joey LaBella, the special brunch menu will include Frittata Vegetariana del Giorno, a classic Italian omelet slow cooked and brimming with fresh garden vegetables, specialty cheeses, a selection of herbs and spices and topped with hollandaise sauce; Carved House Cured Ham, Smoked in-house over pecan wood with a collard green pot liquor; and Natchez Bread Pudding, a New Orleans soufflé of La Louisiane French bread, eggs, cream, vanilla and cinnamon with a Callebaut Belgian white chocolate sauce.
