Live Jazz entertainment by the incomparable Don Vappie and his Creole Trio elevates the experience for the perfect pairing of a fine dining offering with an outstanding musical accompaniment.
Starters from the main menu present tempting choices between sumptuous Crisp Sweetbreads with an Herbsaint Meniére and Forest Mushrooms, or a Foie Gras Biscuit and Gravy with Tomato-Strawberry Jam and Duck Bacon. There's also Restaurant R'evolution's Beer-battered Crab Beignets presented with Four Rémoulades, Sizzling Oysters R'evolution with Smoked Bienville Butter or Black Truffle Beef Tartare presented with Pickled Vegetables and Grilled Bread.
