Request Media Assistance

To Our Friends in the Media:

Merci! The Communications & Public Relations Department of the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) thanks you for your interest in our city. Our team of public relations professionals, many of whom are New Orleans natives, are ready to answer your questions, provide story ideas and expert sources, and make your trip to New Orleans fun and productive.
If you are in need of assistance with a pre-planned trip to New Orleans, or to request discounted or complimentary accommodations for a tentative trip, please take just a moment to fill out the on-line form provided below.

Complimentary or discounted accommodations are available only to qualified, editorial members of the media. If your request for complimentary or discounted accommodations is approved, the New Orleans CVB will cover costs for no more than a three-night stay for domestic journalists, and no more than a five-night stay for journalists traveling from outside of the United States. If your request cannot be funded by the CVB, we will attempt to get you a media rate from the hotel.

We look forward to helping you become quickly acquainted or re-acquainted with the most authentic, culturally rich city in America, New Orleans! If you have questions, please email me at the address listed below. I hope to see you soon in the City That Care Forgot!

Sincerely,
Christine DeCuir
