Cocktail welcome reception Friday, March 2 evening

Visit the CSP Hospitality Room between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the hotel's Royal Salons on the first floor where you will also receive additional information about the weekend's events. Afterwards, the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy New Orleans! Attire is casual.

Saturday, March 3

The Breakfast of Champions

8 a.m.: The Breakfast of Champions begins at 8:00 a.m. in Queen Anne Ballroom followed by a tour of Stewart's Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home and historic Metairie Cemetery. Attire is business casual.

Cocktail reception, award ceremony and dinner dance on Saturday evening

5:30 p.m.: Cocktails begin in the Royal Salons

6:30 p.m. Award Ceremony begins followed by dinner and dancing in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom. Wear your cocktail attire and your dancing shoes!

Welcome and Congratulations!

Congratulations on earning your Certified Service Professional (CSP) designation! And, congratulations to the sales directors and area sales executives who qualified to attend the CSP XI weekend! This newsletter includes important information to help you plan your trip to New Orleans for the weekend of March 2-4, 2012.
We ask that your guest be an adult age 21 or older and not an employee of Stewart Enterprises. Non-qualified sales counselors in the Company, unless he/she is your spouse or significant other, are not eligible to attend.
Airfare and a hotel room for you and your guest to share are courtesy of the Company. In addition, we have planned several events that you and your guest are required to attend:

  • Cocktail welcome reception Friday evening
    Visit the CSP Hospitality Room between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the hotel's Royal Salons on the first floor where you will also receive additional information about the weekend's events. Afterwards, the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy New Orleans! Attire is casual.
  • Breakfast and leadership session on Saturday morning
    The morning session begins at 8:00 a.m. with a leadership breakfast in the hotel's Queen Anne Ballroom and ends between noon and 12:30 p.m. following a tour of Stewart's Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home and historic Metairie Cemetery. Attire is business casual.
  • Cocktail reception, award ceremony and dinner dance on Saturday evening
    Cocktails begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Royal Salons followed at 6:30 p.m. with the award ceremony, dinner and dancing in the hotel's La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom. Wear your cocktail attire and your dancing shoes!

Travel/Hotel Accommodations
By now you should have made your travel arrangements through your Senior Sales Executive (SSE). If not, please contact your SSE immediately. You and your guest will receive a confirmation notice with a confirmation number from the Stewart Travel Center via email prior to arrival.
You are staying at the Hotel Monteleone, located in the historic New Orleans French Quarter, where you can experience the charm and history that the city has to offer. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. You are within walking distance of restaurants, jazz clubs, museums and antique shops. Billing Arrangements
Upon check-in at the Hotel Monteleone, you will be asked to provide a credit card for your incidental charges. Your room and tax charges for Friday and Saturday evening are billed to Stewart Enterprises. You are, however, responsible for any additional charges you incur while staying at the hotel. These charges include restaurant meals, room service, in-room movies, mini bar purchases, telephone calls and any other add-on charges to your room bill.

Airport Transportation
If you arrive on Friday, March 2, and leave on Sunday, March 4, airport transportation is arranged for you.
Once you disembark from your airplane, proceed to the baggage claim area where you will be greeted by a uniformed staff person with Stewart Enterprises signage. You will be assisted with your luggage, directed to the awaiting transportation and taken to the Hotel Monteleone.
When you visit the CSP Hospitality Room Friday evening, you will receive the transportation schedule listing the time on Sunday, March 4, to be downstairs at the hotel's main entrance for transportation back to the airport. Please be on time for your scheduled departure as the shuttles will leave promptly to ensure all passengers make their scheduled flights.
If you arrive in New Orleans before Friday or depart after Sunday, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel. Taxicabs are available at the transportation center located on the first floor of the airport just outside of the baggage claim area.

Attire
Attire is casual for the Friday evening hospitality event; business casual for the Saturday morning event; and cocktail attire for Saturday evening's cocktail reception, award ceremony and dinner dance.

Weather
New Orleans is known for its subtropical climate. Average lows in March are in the low 50s and highs are in the low to mid 70s. The average rainfall in March is 5 inches.
