Exhibit Details -
$200 for one company per booth
$300 for 2 or more companies under the same parent company
Your 8 x 10 booth will include 1 - 6' table, 2 chairs, a small wastebasket and a booth ID sign.
Exhibitor set-up: 9:00 - 10:45 am
Show hours: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Exhibitor breakdown: 2:30 - 3:30 pm
Your booth must be continually staffed throughout the event. The buffet will remain open from 2:00 - 2:30 pm so that you may enjoy the complimentary lunch. We are anticipating approximately 300 attendees.
You must provide a door prize valued at a minimum of $100.00. All attendees will be eligible for the door prizes by visiting with you and having you initial a card. All door prizes will be awarded the following day and winners notified via email / phone calls. You must submit your door prize prior to the event or at the very latest, to a CVB staff member at the registration counter upon your arrival, prior to booth set up.
Electrical connections are handled by Freeman. The cost is $75 per 5 amp connection and MUST be pre-ordered. NO on-site orders will be accepted. Each WiFi connection is $30. Order forms for both these services will be emailed once purchase of booth is confirmed.
You may valet park at the Hyatt for a discounted rate of $16.00 or you can self park at the garage at 1301 Girod St.
