        12 noon - 4 p.m.:  Lectures/information on issues surrounding water as a resource

        5:30:  Halloween Costume Parade (open to the public)

        7 p.m.:  Parade arrives at the New Orleans Healing Center

        7 p.m. – 2 a.m.:  Live Music – 13 Bands, 5 music areas –other performers, including burlesque, DJs, acrobats, dancers, interactive experiences, food, art, costume contest with prizes, and silent auction

 By attending Anba Dlo, participants are helping to support economic revitalization of neglected downtown neighborhoods and assist local residents with access to programs and services they need most.
