For $60 per person plus tax and gratuity, diners will enjoy a delicious brunch buffet that includes almost every savory meat imaginable (listed below), fresh seafood, smoked salmon, healthy salads, an omelet station, pastries, and desserts. Patrons can also indulge in bottomless mimosas and bloody marys, included in the brunch price. Parking is free, as always, as is listening to sounds of a live New Orleans jazz duo.
The menu will be prepared by Café Opera's Chef Philippe Andreani, whose resume includes a stint at the Ritz Paris. Chef Philippe honed his culinary skills in many of the great restaurants of Europe and New Orleans.
