Join Clandestine New Orleans on Tuesday, July 16th, at the New Orleans Cooking Experience for its “Absinthe Makes the Heart Grow Fonder” Dinner Party from 7-10 p.m. and celebrate the wonders of the ever-enchanting Absinthe.
The dinner party will feature five courses with noteworthy pairings of Swiss-made La Clandestine Absinthe that will expose the best of the alluring and fascinating world of absinthe, helping guests further understand the luxury of one of the world’s most mysterious liquors. Guests will enjoy fabulous culinary creations by Chef Gerard Maras, a long-time New Orleans resident since 1981, and a local teaching chef at the New Orleans Cooking Experience.
This month’s private gathering is a collaborative effort between Clandestine New Orleans and La Clandestine Absinthe, which is handcrafted in the birthplace of Absinthe - Couvet, Switzerland. This epicurean event allows for the partnership between the Clandestine New Orleans and La Clandestine's Global Brand Director, Allan Moss, who will be here from Switzerland to discuss the elixir and its pairings.
