SISTAHS SOCIAL – November 21, 2013
This month’s programming features Contemporary Dance with Jerrell Hamilton, Mondays at 6:00 p.m.; Finding Your Inner Diva, Mondays at 7:00 p.m.; African Dance with Mickeal Hawkins & N’Fungola Sibo on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.;
Women’s Self Defense Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.  
Dance offerings change every six weeks and include African, Salsa, Haitian, Tap, Line Dance, Contemporary, Secondline, Zumba and more. So get fit with the "sistahs" as you exercise and dance your way to wellness. The program is directed by Jamilah Peters-Muhammad, a registered nurse and professional dancer, who handles all aspects of the programming-dance, educational films, nutrition, and health and wellness.
