Remember the Hula Hoop? We’re kicking off January with the excitement and fun of hula hooping to shape our waistlines and get our hearts pumping. Come give it a spin. Dance offerings change every six weeks and include African, Salsa, Haitian, Tap, Line Dance, Contemporary, Secondline, Zumba and more. So get fit with the "sistahs" as you exercise and dance your way to wellness. The program is directed by Jamilah Peters-Muhammad, a registered nurse and professional dancer, who handles all aspects of the programming-dance, educational films, nutrition, and health and wellness.
