Jump off that couch and start moving it! We're still hula hooping on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. On Thursdays, we're continuing to reduce our butts and guts at 6:00 p.m., and at 7:00 p.m. bounce fitness has us sweating up a storm while we get our secondline moves ready for Mardi Gras. Dance offerings change every six weeks and include African, Salsa, Haitian, Tap, Line Dance, Contemporary, Secondline, Zumba and more. So get fit with the "sistahs" as you exercise and dance your way to wellness. The program is directed by Jamilah Peters-Muhammad, a registered nurse and professional dancer, who handles all aspects of the programming-dance, educational films, nutrition, and health and wellness.
