On Saturday March 25, through Monday, March 27, come join us in a spring celebration featuring sugar blowing demonstrations and classes. Hands on instructions will be given to create a white Dove with a flowing ribbon, a spring Rose and a Bow, or a Parrot Tulip & Feathers. Once you've learned the basics, the possibilities are endless!
For the baking enthusiasts from ages 16 to 90 who have always wanted to create their own blown sugar decorations for cakes, cupcakes and cookies, or pastry chefs with commission orders, the sugar blowing workshops will held in this order:
Saturday: 9am-1pm Dove and Ribbon
2pm-6pm Parrot Tulip and Feathers
Sunday: 9am-1pm Parrot Tulip and Feathers
2pm-6pm Dove and Ribbon
Monday: 9am-1pm Rose and Bow
