ABOUT:

Carol Robinson Gallery has been showing regional and national artists in uptown New Orleans for many years. Established in 1980, the gallery represents a variety of artists from all over the U.S. with an emphasis on contemporary Southern artists. Works by Mississippi painters Jere Allen and Robert Malone are on permanent display along with large scale ceramic sculpture by artists Anita Cooke, Ron Dale and Jean Cappadonna-Nichols, as well as thrown, oversized vessels by Emmett Collier, blown glass by Roddy Capers and cast glass sculpture by Gail Paradise. Also on view are the impeccable still lifes and stone lithographs by Japanese painter Masahiro Arai.
