    The New Orleans Spring Fiesta Association's Historic Residential Townhouse is located in the center of the French Quarter. View our website to learn about our seasonal events including private home and courtyard tours as well as our annual Spring Fiesta Parade and Gala to be held on April 6, 2024.

    The Spring Fiesta Townhouse and Courtyard is available for private tours and to host intimate gatherings such as luncheons, tea parties, dinners, educational programs and social occasions.
