New to the industry?  Use the New Orleans CVB's RFP template, available for your use.  Our template will outline all the information we need to get started so there's no guessing on your part.  Want to hear from only two hotels? No problem.  Are your time and resources limited?  Let us help.  We'll collect the responses for you and provide you with a complete summary of hotel availability. We are New Orleans experts so we can quickly let you know about festivals or events taking place during the dates you request.  If you're looking for the best possible value, we can also suggest times of the year when you may find more desirable rates.
