The Superdome has played host to events that have captivated America for more than 35 years. At the Superdome, events don't just happen; they come alive.  Whether there are 100 guests or 70,000, the Superdome comfortably accommodates each one.

Hosting exciting annual events like the Essence Music Festival and the Sugar Bowl or flawlessly executing more Super Bowls than any other venue in the nation, the Superdome shines. Did You Know?  As a tax-free facility, all Superdome clients are exempt from the standard sales tax on food and beverage, resulting in significant savings.

Conventions, General Sessions, Tradeshows
The Superdome offers 166,000 sq. ft on the Main Arena floor as well as four Club Lounge spaces, allowing planners to incorporate numerous aspects of their programming throughout the facility.  The Superdome is an excellent venue for conventions and tradeshows of all kinds.

The tiered seating of the Superdome allows for comfortable general sessions. This type of seating, combined with state-of-the-art technology options and the expertise of the Superdome production staff, maximize the attendee experience.  The 90' x 400' curtain drape on a moveable truss can be used to section off the desired configuration allowing the client to specifically tailor the setup to meet the size of their audience.

With experienced in-house staffing, multiple loading docks, large staging areas, and an amazing adaptability that suits your every desire, the Superdome helps gets your job done.

Special Events

Main Arena Floor:
Whether your event is for thousands on the Main Arena Floor, dinner for 50 people on the field, or a reception for 500 in one of the Superdome Club Lounges, your event gets the attention it deserves. The Superdome can be transformed to meet your exact specifications, giving your event a life of its own.

A major advantage of hosting an event at the Superdome is that it's large enough to accommodate all of your guests under one roof in a climate controlled setting, providing almost unimaginable freedom. The venue is a blank canvas allowing planners to design creative, custom programming tailored to the attendees.

Turf Events:
Treat your guests to an experience unlike any other with a Turf Party. Hosted directly on the turf field, guests can experience the true NFL Football environment up close and personal. Standing on the 50-yard line, the view alone will leave your guests with memories that cannot be matched. Include Punt, Pass and Kick Activities, cheerleaders, marching bands and let your guests be a MVP Champion! Turf Events require little décor and are ideal for groups of any size.

Club Lounges:
The sleek atmosphere of the newly renovated First Bank & Trust Club Lounges is an ideal space for a variety of programming. With four Club Lounges located on the 200 Club Level offering approximately 19,000 square feet each, these areas represent the perfect setting for a reception, dinner, seminar or meeting for private groups.
