What Our Clients Say:
Comparative & International Education Society, March 2013
"After hosting the CIES 2013 conference in New Orleans, we have heard nothing but positive feedback about the hotel, the offsite venues and the city itself from our attendees. The assistance the CVB provided us with through every step of the way was priceless and helped to ensure a successful conference. We also enjoyed the "local flare" that your onsite helpers brought to our conference. They were all delightful to work with as well as knowledgeable and were flexible on their duties and work hours as needed.
Overall, NOLA was the perfect venue for this conference!"
-Brandi Host, Senior Conference Coordinator
Saint Gobain Corporation, January 2013
"As an independent meeting planner for over 23 years, I have frequently worked with CVB's in cities throughout the US. Although most are helpful, I was very impressed with the New Orleans CVB, even though my group was only 80 attendees. From my very first contact, straight though the meeting, everyone at the CVB went above and beyond to help me out, as I was not very familiar with New Orleans and only had been there a few times many years ago. During my two site visits, they gave me their full attention and escorted me around the city, making sure I had all the information I needed before arriving and during my stay. The meeting was most successful, thanks to all the assistance and guidance I received from the members of the NOCVB. As a result, I would definitely bring other groups to the city, should the occasion arise."

I can attest, your organization goes above and beyond what similar organizations in others cities do in working with groups our size us that come in for conferences. The postcards and website helped us to attract a much larger crowd than we anticipated. Everyone thought New Orleans was a very fun city with plenty to do and very accommodating to visitors."
