• ½ oz Pomegranate Liquore
• ½ oz Pear Liquore
• 5 oz Sparkling wine or Champagne
Method of Preparation:
Place Pomegranate Liquore and Pear Liquore in an ice filled Mixing glass and stir to chill, strain into a champagne flute, and top with the Sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
