• 2lb peeled and deveined shrimp (cut into quarter size)
• 10 limes juiced
• 1 habanero seeded and diced
• 1 cup finely chopped cilantro
Method Of Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 3 hours.
Serve with toast points or crispy tortilla chips.
**This recipe can also be used for fresh fish as well.
