But the partnership does not end with the CVB/Convention Center staff unity. Each month, the senior staff of the CVB and the Center meet with the Mayor's cabinet to review meetings upcoming, special needs and sensitivities, and any other factor involving city services and how they touch upon your meeting.
The CVB and the Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association work in lockstep to ensure that the hotel component of your meeting provides the highest level of housing services, hotel room quality, in-house event coordinator commitment, meeting services and space, food and beverage, housekeeping, front desk operations, and bell services. We also work as a team to ensure that your contracts are simplified and executed quickly. The hotel staff and the CVB staff often feel as if they are one enterprise....and they are.
The staff of the CVB and New Orleans' stunning complement of Destination Management Companies can lead you through the infinite range of choices the Crescent City offers when it is time to plan the details of your meeting and events.
