Ingredients:
3--Tbsp butter 3--Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar 2--Dashes Cinnamon 3--Tbsp Blanched sliced almonds 1 1/2 oz.-- Nocello Walnut Liz 1 1/2 oz.--Amaretto 1/2 oz.-- 151 Rum or Brandy(for Flaming)
Directions:
1. Melt butter. 2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and caramelize. 3. Add almonds and saute about 2 minutes.
4. Add Nocello and Amaretto.
5. Heat thoroughly add rum or brandy and flame to alcohol.
6. Serve over hard frozen vanilla ice cream.
